Our Mission
Our Mission Mitchell Planning Group, L.L.C., is a land development consulting firm providing professional services to businesses, individuals, and governmental entities. We represent the real estate development community in the design and land planning of properties by assisting with the development process including concept planning, site planning, zoning, preliminary and final platting, as well as building permitting and building inspections. We provide professional planning services to municipalities by administering the development review process, providing professional consulting expertise to the citizens and developers, preparing staff reports, ordinances and presenting to the governing bodies. We make every effort to maintain a reputation for responding quickly to the increasingly complex set of development issues associated with our client’s many land use needs. Our clientele includes municipalities, national, regional, and local real estate developers, businesses, and builders of commercial and residential properties. We strive for long-term relationships with our clients and seek mutual satisfaction in all undertakings.
The MPG Inspection Division provides plan review and building inspections for residential, multi-family and commercial projects. The Inspections Division was established as a subsidiary of Mitchell Planning Group in 2003 as a means to further compliment our land use consulting firm. We are now able to provide professional development services from the conceptual phase through platting, zoning and final inspection. This ability allows our clients to utilize a single firm to assist through all or part of the development process.
Our team of inspectors is comprised of individuals who possess the needed skills to work with your staff to expedite the inspection process while ensuring quality construction.
